Spinto dal debutto di Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (e sfruttando la scia dell’effetto “Pokemon: Let’s Go”), Switch riesce a vendere per oltre 281mila unità! Un risultato superiore anche alla settimana del nuovo Pokémon e che arriva nel momento tradizionalmente migliore per Nintendo, quello del Natale. Grazie a questo risultato, Switch supera ufficialmente i 6 milioni di unità vendute in terra nipponica.
In rialzo anche i numeri di PS4 che, grazie ad una serie di interessanti promozioni, riesce ad incrementare le vendite in modo notevole rispetto alla scorsa settimana: questa volta sono quasi 75mila le unità vendute.
Software
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate è il campione assoluto della classifica giapponese: già al debutto ha venduto più copie di quanto fatto da Pokemon: Let’s Go in quasi un mese. Sono oltre 1 milione e 220mila le copie piazzate dal nuovo brawler Nintendo.
In generale tutto il software Nintendo gode di incrementi significativi (su tutti Mario Party).
